In short: we collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us.
We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide when you register for our Services, express interest in our products, participate in activities on the Services, or otherwise contact us. The personal information we collect may include:

- Phone numbers
- Email addresses
- Usernames
- Passwords
- Contact preferences
- Billing addresses
- Debit/credit card numbers
Sensitive information. We do not process sensitive personal information (such as racial or ethnic origin, sexual orientation, or religious beliefs).
Payment data. If you make a purchase, we may collect data necessary to process payment, such as your payment instrument number and associated security code. Payment data is handled and stored by our payment processor Stripe; you can review their privacy notice on their website.
All personal information you provide to us must be true, complete, and accurate, and you must notify us of any changes.
Information automatically collected
In short: some information — such as your IP address and browser/device characteristics — is collected automatically when you visit our Services.
This information does not reveal your specific identity but may include device and usage data such as your IP address, browser and device characteristics, operating system, language preferences, referring URLs, device name, country, location, and information about how and when you use our Services. We collect this primarily to maintain the security and operation of our Services and for internal analytics and reporting. Like many businesses, we also use cookies and similar tracking technologies (see Section 5).
2. How Do We Process Your Information?
In short: we process your information to provide, improve, and administer our Services, to communicate with you, for security and fraud prevention, and to comply with the law. We may also process information for other purposes with your consent.
We process your personal information for a variety of reasons depending on how you interact with our Services, including to facilitate account creation and authentication, to manage user accounts, to respond to inquiries and provide customer support, to send administrative information, to protect our Services (fraud monitoring and prevention), and to comply with our legal obligations.

We may need to share your personal information in the following situations:

We use cookies and similar technologies (such as web beacons and pixels) to maintain the security of our Services, prevent crashes, fix bugs, remember your preferences, and support basic site functionality. We may also permit service providers to use tracking technologies for analytics. To the extent these technologies are deemed a "sale" or "sharing" of information under applicable US state laws, you can opt out as described in Section 12.

6. Do We Offer Artificial Intelligence-Based Products?
In short: we offer products and features powered by artificial intelligence and machine learning to enhance your experience.
As part of our Services, we offer AI-driven predictive care, triage, and data-engineering features ("AI Products"). Where these are powered by third-party AI service providers, your input, output, and relevant personal information may be shared with and processed by those providers solely to enable your use of the AI Products. All such processing follows the safeguards described in this Privacy Notice and our contracts with those providers.
7. Is Your Information Transferred Internationally?
In short: we may transfer, store, and process your information in countries other than your own.
Our servers are located in India. Regardless of your location, your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed by us and by the third parties we work with (see Section 4) in our facilities and theirs, including in other countries. If you are located in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, those countries may not have data protection laws as comprehensive as your home jurisdiction; we take reasonable measures to protect your information in line with this Notice and applicable law.
8. How Long Do We Keep Your Information?
In short: we keep your information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined in this Privacy Notice, unless a longer period is required by law.
No purpose in this Notice will require us to keep your personal information for longer than 6 months past account termination, unless retention is required for tax, accounting, or other legal obligations. When we no longer have a legitimate business need to process your information, we delete or anonymize it, or, where that isn't possible (e.g. backup archives), we securely isolate it from further processing until deletion is possible.
9. Do We Collect Information From Minors?
In short: we do not knowingly collect data from or market to children under 18 years of age.
By using the Services, you represent that you are at least 18, or that you are the parent/guardian of a minor and consent to their use of the Services. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a user under 18, we will deactivate the account and take reasonable steps to delete the data. Contact us (Section 14) if you become aware of any data we may have collected from a child.
10. What Are Your Privacy Rights?
In short: depending on your state or region of residence, you may have rights that give you greater access to and control over your personal information, including reviewing, changing, or terminating your account.
In some regions, you may have the right to (i) request access to and a copy of your personal information, (ii) request rectification or erasure, (iii) restrict processing, (iv) request data portability, and (v) not be subject to solely automated decision-making with legal or similarly significant effects. You can exercise these rights by contacting us (Section 14). We will consider and act on requests in accordance with applicable data protection law.
Withdrawing consent. Where we rely on your consent to process information, you may withdraw it at any time by contacting us; this won't affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
Account information. You can review or update your account information by logging into your account settings, or request account termination by contacting us. We may retain some information in our files to prevent fraud, troubleshoot issues, assist investigations, enforce our legal terms, and comply with legal requirements.
11. Controls for Do-Not-Track Features
Most browsers and some mobile operating systems include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature. Because there is no uniform technical standard for recognizing DNT signals, we do not currently respond to them.
Global Privacy Control. We recognize and honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as a valid request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for targeted advertising under applicable state laws, including the CCPA. Learn more at globalprivacycontrol.org.
12. Do United States Residents Have Specific Privacy Rights?
In short: if you are a resident of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Maryland, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Oregon, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, or Virginia, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your personal information, and to withdraw consent to processing. These rights may be limited in some circumstances.

Your Rights
Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to: know whether we are processing your data; access it; correct inaccuracies; request deletion; obtain a copy of data you've shared with us; non-discrimination for exercising your rights; and opt out of processing used for targeted advertising, sale, or certain profiling. Depending on your state, you may also have rights to learn the categories of third parties we've disclosed data to, appeal a denied request, and more.
How to exercise your rights. Contact us using the details in Section 14, or visit our contact page. We will need to verify your identity before acting on a request, and if you use an authorized agent, they'll need written, signed permission from you.
California "Shine the Light" Law. California residents may request, once a year and free of charge, information about any personal information we disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes in the prior calendar year, by contacting us (Section 14).
13. Do We Make Updates to This Notice?
In short: yes, we will update this notice as necessary to stay compliant with relevant laws.
The updated version will be indicated by a revised "Last updated" date at the top of this notice. If we make material changes, we may notify you by prominently posting a notice or by direct notification. We encourage you to review this Notice periodically.
